Emerald Apartment - Complex Bansko

Perfect location, only 20 minutes walk from the centre. Set close to a gondola station in the very nice area.

Extremely rude staff!

Conveniently located 150m from the gondola, shops, and restaurants with parking on site. Booked a one bedroom but received a spacious two bedroom apartment with a well-equipped kitchenette. Friendly and helpful staff. Best prices in the area for a large apartment.

Set next to bansko gondola ski lift. I used parking on-site. I liked everything about this hotel...

Location, value for money, friendliness of stuff, large reception area with cafeteria & bar, quality $ quantity of food, rooms well equipped.

Parking area a little messy, pool quite (very) small.

the place was fairly clean, our room was good sized and well furnished. the location was fantastic, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from gondola lift. we didn't have time and didn't visit the lobby restaurant, but it seemed good.

The staff here were really nice while I was staying. The food was super affordable! 🍴

we had heating problems, a kitchenette without disses, sauna only after 16.00 hours

The staff here is friendly, and the location is awesome, just a stone's throw away from the slopes. the room is really cozy with fantastic heating, a large space, and comes with handy amenities like an electric kettle. Plus, there's not just one, but two heating options - central heating and a charming stone fireplace 🔥.

We had to change room three times, because it was not the right room. First didn't have a kitchenette, then didn't have balcony. Eventually was okay.

Friendly staff, nice location, big rooms, excelent dinner and extremely good value for money!

The Emerald Apartment-Complex in Bansko is in a good location, close to the ski lifts and central Bansko with shops, bars, and restaurants. The well-heated rooms have separate bedrooms, balconies, and smoke detectors for guest safety.

Very close to Gondola :-) Would recommend to ppl not looking for luxury but pure convenience.

Soft lumpy mattresses. No free wifi in hotel (as advertised) - was available in adjoining bar but only when it was open 12pm lunchtime til late. Swimming Pool is tiny more like a large bath! Questionnable whether Photos on website can be of this pool! Very smokey atmosphere when walking through reception, enough to make my eyes smart and clothes smell. Bar next door has dedicated smoking area in entrance hall too ... But much better atmosphere inside.

πολύ καλό για την τιμή του. πολύ καλή θέση για όσους θέλουν να κάνουν σκι, πολύ κοντά στο κεντρικό λιφτ (γόνδολα). επίσης πολύ καλό φαγητό με μπουφέ σε πρωινό-βραδινό (ημιδιατροφή).

παλιά και φθαρμένα έπιπλα στα δωμάτια. ίσως μια ανανέωση στα έπιπλα θα βελτίωνε πολύ την συνολική του εικόνα. επίσης το WiFi πιάνει μόνο στο lobby και δεν είναι δωρεάν. βέβαια τα 10 λέβα για 24 ώρες είναι λίγο, αλλά να μην γράφουν free.

Great location and good price Stayed here on a city trip and the location was perfect - right in the heart of the city and close to everything we wanted to see. the affordable price made it a great option for budget-conscious travelers. Room size was adequate for two people, and the breakfast was tasty and filling.

Unsanitary conditions and unfriendly staff Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. the smell coming from the bathroom was unbearable and the carpet was dirty.
